Lagun Family Services arose out of the demand for a trusted advisor for current and future generations of a number of families who live in Curacao and have an international business. They were looking for a trusted advisor who could act as an advocate in conflicts, strategic decisions and of course as a confidential advisor. The background of Jan Willem Schenk with knowledge of both Curacao law and Dutch law and an international background turned out to be unique.

By now we have extended our services to the Netherlands as well, so that we can relieve not only families living on the Caribbean island, but also families living in the Netherlands. Jac Veeger and Wouter Lunstroo both have extensive experience as trusted advisors for mainly Dutch families in the Netherlands and abroad.

In order to provide our clients with the best possible services and to make our services as comprehensive as possible, we work closely with our associate partner HVK Stevens. In this way we are also able to assist you in solving legal and/or tax problems of your family or your family business.
