About us
Lagun Family Services arose out of the demand for a trusted advisor for current and future generations of a number of families who live in Curacao and have an international business. They were looking for a trusted advisor who could act as an advocate in conflicts, strategic decisions and of course as a confidential advisor. The background of civil-law notary Jan Willem Schenk with knowledge of both Curacao law and Dutch law and an international background turned out to be unique.
